1. Payment
- Coaching sessions are invoiced after completion.
- Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.
- All costs are listed in GBP (£). If you are paying in another currency, the amount may fluctuate depending on exchange rates at the time of payment.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- No‑show: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without notice, the full session fee will be charged.
- Rescheduling: If you reschedule with at least 12 hours’ notice, no charge will apply.
- Cancellation: If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled session, a 50% charge will apply.
- Sessions cancelled or rescheduled outside these windows will not incur additional charges.
3. Refunds and Fit
- If a session genuinely does not meet expectations, or if we mutually decide that continuing is not the right fit, the fee for that session will be waived.
- Any payment already made for that session will be refunded promptly, but please raise concerns before making payment.
4. Nature of Coaching
- Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support your personal and athletic development.
- I am not a medical professional, and nothing discussed in sessions should be taken as medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
- Coaching does not replace medical care, therapy, or professional healthcare services.
5. Limitation of Liability
- While I strive to provide effective coaching, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
- You are responsible for applying insights and strategies discussed in sessions.
- I am not liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from coaching, including injuries, losses, or decisions made based on our conversations.
6. Updates to These Terms
- These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in how I deliver services.
- The latest version will always be available on this website.
7. Session Scope and Communication
- Session Duration: The fee for a coaching session is explicitly for one hour. If a session extends beyond the scheduled hour, I reserve the right to charge for the additional time. Any such charges will be communicated transparently during the call before continuing.
- Ongoing Communication: Following the completion of a paid one‑hour coaching call, ongoing communications (such as email or messaging support) are included for a period of up to one month.
